Check Your Ego at the Door! by Glenn R. Brûlé No matter where I’ve traveled in the world, and no matter what clients I’ve worked with or conference sessions I’ve attended, a consistent theme seems to emerge during the course of conversation: “Without me” no project would survive. While, admittedly, the can-do attitude is an admirable quality, this form of thought clearly lacks scope and perspective, and, it does not recognize that the sum of the parts is what is equal to the whole.
